Default Re: Strange Master Cylinder Plumbing

Here's a heads-up that should help as I did this about 1-1/2 yr. ago. If you are switching from a GM to a Strange Master Cylinder, you will first need to plum in a residual pressure valve on each port, which type depending upon if you are using disc or drum brakes. Strange sells these as well. The Strange master cylinder does not have this feature built-in like the stock GM master. I ran a 8" length of 3/16" brake line from the master to each valve as I was told to locate the valves as close as possible to the master by Strange. The residual pressure valves have 1/8" NPT ports and come with 1/8" NPT to 3/16" I.F. adapters.
