I worked for a guy once that was a well known Pontiac tuning expert.

Stu Rogers....He was a patrner on Bill Izykowski's first B/S Biscayne and pretty much the man responsible for the cars performance.

He had a '62 Catalina convertible. It was a 4 speed 421 or 428. It was a street car and ran low 13's at the track when he raced it which wasn't often.

He bought a '62 Gand Prix and had it painted the same color green as Brents Firebird. It had no driveline.

We took the entire drivline out of the convertible and installed it in the Grand Prix in one day......Made a real nice steet car and that was around 1966.

We worked at Tony Feil's shop at the time and did a lot of work on fast street cars in the back......

Stu was quite a charachter.....but knew how to make Pontiacs run better than anyone.....
