I run a 2.5 inch rod journal in a car over 3900 pounds.

If somebody is running a Honda rod size crank journal,is there a given weight where the forces of accelerating a heavy vehicle will cause crankshaft failure,or is everything safe as long as the reciprocating assembly is as light as possible?
