Maybe not the right Rick but here is my answer to the question.
I have not run it all out but it should run about 8.00 at sea level, however when I certified it last year they put a 8.50 or slower cert. sticker on it.
I was told it did not have the proper bars for a quicker ET.
I am not sure why but I was told it was an issue with the bars under the drivers seat and most all the roadsters are built that way. Mine has a single angle bar under the seat and not the X bracing required is what I was told.
I am no expert in the SFI requirements for the frames.
I have not voted and will just run what I can for as long as I can. I love the sport but age is beginning to catch up with me. I will continue until I can no longer climb in and get back out of the car. That is one reason I went to roadster several years ago. They are easier to get in and out of for me.
Lets Just Have Fun with whatever the rules are as long as the rules are the same for all of us.
Just My 2 Cents
