Decide on your camshaft and gear ratio ASAP.
You will not get a firm recommendation until you decide those pieces. You're going to get multiple OPINIONS and get frustrated.
Figure out what you're going to do with the car the most. I bracket race mine now, but it was a street/strip car just about 4 years ago.

I suggest you call Comp Cams, and then I suggest you call 2-3 converter companies....A-1, UCC and ATI. Converter company will not give you a recommendation until you have the cam card specs.
The camshaft and gear ratio affects how much stall speed you will get.

Regarding gear, if you are going to run anything taller than a 28" tire I would recommend 4.56+ gears. You can EASILY drive it on the street to show shines, GoodGuys, etc.
