You are so upset with them you can't even have a civil discussion about a minor(or major in your eyes) tech spec error. I do like your idea of having NHRA check the ratio of these factory rockers, infact I talked to Bruce 2 weeks ago about that very thing. I'm all for it, lets do it. You guys have a nice day.... wait that sounds to much like Ed Obrien. lol K Lynch
BTW
Jeff, I haven't sandbagged on any run including a red light run. More than I can say about others that try to save HP on their combos. 55 HP in just over 9 weeks is pretty stout!

Terry, Jeff T. had a choice of rockers, we don't. If this was an issue with a 350 Chev or 390 Ford would you still say" Im sure NHRA will "Poop" out a new spec. to cover your Azz and protect the OLD cars." Just Saying
Im NOT trying to be nasty here. Im just stating how it works in tear down as some dont understand the process unless your an old fart and have been thru it a few times. The rocker has to check dead on the listed ratio or under the listed spec. Grinding your cam under so the lift checks correct at the retainer wont pass tear down. Thats the way it has been for at least 25 years or more (if tech wants to check it) and Jeff Warren got caught even though the lift check OK at the retainer about 15 years ago at an NHRA points race. In order to be legal you MUST use what the spec says or get Chrysler get with NHRA and change it to whatever they want to to be. It could be 1.99 as long as it is in the tech spec book. Not quite the same deal but remember when NHRA bounced the blown Ford Mustangs for pistons last year. Ford got the spec. changed and now all is right with the world.....LOL.
Just rying to help some who may not know this fix the problem BEFORE they get caught in tech.
