Joe, I really can't explain too much about it, as I don't have enough hands on experience in how it works. It's just that I know some guys who run those classes and those cars, and I know that they use the bars, mostly the height of the wheels, to tune the way the car works. It's easy to see them doing it, watch them measure the height of each wheel to verify it behind the starting line.
