I thought you were talking about a local S/S car from 1963. I was a 1963 427 factory Lite weight Galaxie called "Ball of Confusion" owned and driven by a great older black fellow name Mr. Yates who I worked with a couple of years before he retired. He still owns the car and no it isnt for sale. He said he will be buried in it. He painted it RED to match the interior and raced it for many many years even as a bracket car in later years with a 4 speed and won a few races against the late Bob "Clinton Shaker" Maxey. . He is a "died in the wool" Ford guy and we had many good coversations swaping "lies" about the old days when he ran against "Mousie" Brown and his 409 Chebbie and Dan "Smoker" Smith in his 63 Max Wedge Plymouth. Those were the good ole days.
