My Classic trailer has Nev-r-lube axle bearings.......I never heard of them before I bought the trailer. They are sealed bearing cartridges. Nothing to pack or adjust. I replaced all 4 when I did brakes. One set of shoes had NO brake lining material on either shoe....none! Was having issues stopping and after a little inspection I saw why. I replaced the bearing cartridges just so I would feel better.......One snap ring and they press in and out of the drums hub. All your supposed to do is inspect them for any obvious grease leaks and check the play by rocking the wheel with it off the ground......They are good so far and I kept the old ones for spares......they were also good...

High end travel trailers, like airstreams, have been using these bearings.
