Good day gentlemen

I am planning on being a new player in the Super Stock wars in Div. 2. My son and I have decided to compete with an S10, in SS/TC. I am trying to understand the wording in the nhra rule book on the cylinder heads,specifically the OEM numbers cast into the heads.Is the meaning of this no after market heads? I understand every thing else in the rules except this part.
