Supposedly zero lash, at the retainer, with your spring. If you have a hydraulic lifter cam, however, they measure your lift with their solid lifter. Be aware that the pushrod cup in their solid lifter may be in a different location than the pushrod cup in your hydraulic lifter, and it may change the lift as measured at the valve.
