I thought the "He's got the wrong trim on the car!" stuff went away decades ago.

Yah, we don't need Kirkey or Jaz seats in Stockers, or even late-model seats in old cars, but this sounds like it's going a little overboard -- similar era and make of seats sound okay.

I like the stock bench seat in my Volare. I still use the full 5-way harness, so that's not an issue, and it has headrests.
