I have Hoosier 9x30 Lightwieght 94" rollout tires on 10" Crager wheels and they are 11.75" wide. I have the same problem with them slipping on the rim. My guess is it's the bead surface on the wheel, some rims they don't move at all. Rim screws solved the problem.
