That would be the same as making all carbed cars run the stock jets.
A good start would be to police pulley sizes on super charged cars. On turbo charged cars the factory turbo has to be run. I kind of remember one Turbo Regal getting tossed for the wrong impeller a few years back. So, maybe they do check that stuff.
