Weld wheels
 

I bought a set of Weld 2O wheels about 10 years ago but not used them. Looking at them the other day I noticed the two back rims (10x15”) had a different edge, one like a conventual rim the other a kind of rolled add on looking piece. What do I have here? Slicks are still mounted, so hard to tell, is it a better locking type?
