ISO SS prepped 1.08 Autolite, or manual linkage kit

As stated, I'm looking for a built Autolite 4100 1.08 carb with mechanical secondaries, or at minimum, a mechanical secondary linkage kit for an Autolite 4100. Thanks in advance
