Looking for 904 dodge Hardend 300 material input and output shafts ,Or complete trans or PIECES .NEED TO BUILD A LITE 904 FOR HI HORSEPOWER SMALL BLOCK MOPAR .THANKS 403 363 1092

The later 998/999 stuff is pretty tuff. I ran a near stock 998 behind a 401 AMC in my bracket car for 12 years and never broke anything. This was a high 8 149 mph car.

The weak link in the 904 is the rear sprag. If it goes, it will take out the rear drum and band also. ATI used to make a heavy duty sprag for the 904, but no longer. I doubt you would have trouble with either the input or output shafts.
