Does this Burnout guard work and if so how is it to clean up after the weekend?

Thanks in advance

One of the best products that we've used over the years has been pledge on the fenders, easy to clean off at the end of the day

A guy that raced a pristine show car at our local track years ago told me about using Lucas Oil Slick Mist on the quarter panels. Just spray it on and let it air dry, do not wipe it off. At the end of the day, I take a wet towel and any rubber or dirty water residue wipes right off. I've been doing this for over 5 years now and seems to work great. Hope this helps.

I had heard of Pam spray for pots and pans but it seemed like it my drip off in the heat.

Old school fix was a thin coating of Vaseline.

Maybe baby oil. I think that the dirt track guys use it for easy clean up

pick your poison but none of them will prevent a rock chips. Back in the day I used Endust or wax. Today I would have XPEL's Paint Protection Film installed the the entire length of the car's rocker panels and the 1/4 panels at a minimum.

Burn out clean up after the weekend?
We use WD40 . Spray a coat on lower qrts and rear bumber ends. Clean up is easy. I also spray the front bumper and grill/hood edge on my town truck before we leave town.. Cuts washing the bugs off to a minimun.

I took some pledge and Lucas slick mist to work and sprayed it on some metal cabinets we have. The Lucas doesn't drip as much and seems to have more of a build up than the pledge. I am going to try the Lucas next time out. Thanks for the input class racers.

I use Pledge on my Firebird, but I don't spray alot on , so nothing will drip off. It is relatively cheap, which is a bonus !
