SS/IA roll cage question

If I’m reading this correctly. If you run SS/IA you are required to have a roll cage but it doesn’t have to be certified unless you run 9.99 or quicker or over135 mph. Am I correct??

If it requires a cage, it must be certified.

I run that class and mine is certified
