helmet & date?

ready to buy a new helmet. a friend said...new helmet dates were summer of 2021 because of covid. this sounds stupid to me.
whats the truth?

Don't risk being bounced by tech over what your friend said. Ours always checks helmet dates. The 22 book lists Snell 2015 and 2020 helmets as accepted, One is a 2027 expire and the other is good until 2032.
