M200 burnout procedure with auto 1-2?
Installing a new M200 that has Auto 1-2. Have always been told not to start burnout in low gear with 200’s. Last couple couple years I have been using 2nd only. So my question is what is procedure with these auto 1-2 units?

High gear only burnout. It's easy on the trans. I understand it is what the 200 Guru's recommend, I know it is what Pro-Trans recommends.

Thanks for the info guys, tried the high gear only, but at 3600 pounds with 4.33’s it didn’t like that, so I spent the weekend breaking them loose in low and immediately moving to high. 19 years of shifting on my own it’s a strange feeling, but it’s definitely a worthwhile upgrade! |
