Super Street @ 2008 Englishtown
 

I was just on the NHRA webpage and checked the 2008 National Event Schedule of Classes/Special Features and it now has Super Street lised as a category at Englishtown. Just thought I would share with all the S/ST racers. Yeah!!!

Jo Anne, I hope you and the schedule are right. But I got an email from Graham Light, Seniior Vice President of NHRA on October 17, and he said that Super Street was at Virgina for 2008. This is what he said in the email, "as we have done in other Divisions, we rotate this category between venues in an attempt to give the racers the opportunity to race close to home every second or third year." I talked to Bob Lang after receiving the email from Graham. Bob told me he talked to Graham about having the event at Englishtown after it was posted as being in Virgina. Maybe he convinced Graham to change it back. I am going to send Bob an email to see if he knows anything.

Tommy (and the rest of the Super Street Racers), I just got an email from Bob Lang who said 'Super Street WILL BE at Englishtown in 08'.

Did anyone else see it posted in the Department of Corrections in last week's ND? So between Bob's e-mail and this I think that pretty much confirms we are back at E-Town!!!
