Yes will need to keep an eye on that. Many school districts in the area have extended spring break a week and will be closed at least an additional week. Local colleges called off classes next week and may complete semesters with online only classes. The Houston Livestock show and Rodeo was shut down yesterday-a huge impact to the local economy. Would not be surprised to see the LODRS event rescheduled. Crazy times.

In consideration of the ever-evolving COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the recommendation of public health officials and other governmental authorities, Houston Raceway Park and NHRA officials are postponing the Lucas Oil Drag Series event scheduled for March 20th - 22nd. Houston Raceway Park and NHRA will determine next steps for moving forward as additional information becomes available and the rescheduled date will be announced as soon as possible. We appreciate the patience of our competitors and fans and the entire racing community.

I know it would be to soon but it would be great if the Houston points race was rescheduled the week before the National. Mike McMahan 25 H/SA
