No. Different last names.

The last name on the car in the photo is Richards.

The store is P.C. Richard and the racer is Gary Richard.

That's Gary Richards and has lived in West Palm Beach FL for the last 30 years. He is father of Paul & Dave Richards who currently run NHRA F/C. They've never been involved with any sportsman drag racing. https://motorracingpress.com/wp-cont...ards-car-2.jpg
