1970 Challenger called Street Sweeper

Anyone remember a brown/beige 1970 Dodge Challenger at Englishtown called Street Sweeper? This would have been between 1975-1980 timeframe. I’m trying to find this owner who was supposedly from Belleville New Jersey. The car was a Hemi Challenger with a body colored TA hood. Anyone remember this car?
