This photo is representative of the present condition of Famoso Grove. It is obviously a damn shame that so little attention and respect is being paid. I have seen a few posts by well meaning folks who want to raise funds to correct this situation...but there is absolutely no reason for any of us to consider this. I certainly understand your motives, but It is not our responsibility. When NHRA/Museum started charging people to park street rods in the Grove, the money generated was supposed to go for this specific purpose. Not to mention the nearly 125 k that was raised at the five auctions. This is on them. They should be ashamed and held accountable. It may sound like sour grapes coming from me....so be it.
