Asking for some help here.

Could anyone give advice on how to bulk/batch list or update items for sale on eBay?

I've tried YouTube, web, and eBay tutorials.

Anyone have advice?

Have you built an eBay store?

There are utility programs that allow you to build your inventory off line and then bulk upload to eBay. Look at Turbo Lister, InkFrog, WebStore, Froo! Bulk Lister. There are others if you search.
