Royal Purple Raceway storing flood vehicles
Track will be closed the rest of this year. Anticipate up to 100,000 flood vehicles stored for insurance companies.
http://abc13.com/automotive/flooded-...eway-/2374381/ Smart move I would do the same thing, at least there will be a lot more revenue than normal race weekends would pay..LOL |
Re: Royal Purple Raceway storing flood vehicles
Englishtown did the same thing after hurricane Sandy

Re: Royal Purple Raceway storing flood vehicles
Jim I forgot about Sandy and do remember now some new reports of E town doing that.
Nice revenue stream, heck I would do the same thing at least 80% of the vehicles stored would have insurance. Figure 75000 vehicles at $30 per day storage fee's, that is a few coins in the pockets. |
Re: Royal Purple Raceway storing flood vehicles
Maybe they can make all parking on asphalt now! They should make plenty enough money!

Re: Royal Purple Raceway storing flood vehicles
Cooter I agree and they own an asphalt company of all things. You would think that even some off spec asphalt with decent base would be 100% improvement. Next 6 months cha ching
