With the LD4B and LD340 CHRYS/Edelbrock intakes being legal, same thing for the 2836149?

I wonder about the 426 wedge manifold #2465165 that was used on factory 426 wedges in 1964

I can find where the LD340 (3549884) intake has been made legal in Stock for the 340 mopar, but where is it shown that the LD4B (2836139) intake is legal in Stock?

Look under the 273 4bbl combos.

both should be legal the 383 and the 440 both listed in the same parts book as the 340
