Been gone-I'm back....
 

Little explanation . I got back to this site because I figured I would have joined some racer sites. You see, I had a bad wreck on one of my motorcycles....still have all my toes and fingers, but the head took a good pounding..I don't remember a lot of stuff..that would seem insignificant to others...I remember the important stuff..I can still count money. Anyway, I went over some previous posts...Man, I was a real asshole..glad I can't remember that. I apologize to anyone I offended. I can't remember why I like mopars or where I got mine, but I know a lot about them so, they must be important to me...I'll try not to be so red assed in the future.

I had a bad crash on my motorcycle some years ago. I had nearly
total memory loss(Did not even know my name)......but it came back a lot over time for me and I made lots of new memories as well!

It should get better over some time.

Thanks John, thanks Greg . Found the site again from my pad in the desk at the computer. Saw a note in there that said " borninamopar" with a password at ClassRacer.com. My first thought was, huh. Born in a Mopar. Damn I thought, I was born in a car. Then I tried to picture a 1960 Mopar, couldn't, looked on line and then thought, Damn, it was an ugly car too. I am doing way better. Don't remember anything about it, still have bikes, still ride. That took awhile. Not much damage. Plate in the head, lost sight in one eye, left side of face was smashed pretty good. They say two inattentive young ladies were texting. When the daughter told me that I asked "Each other"? That got a laugh.

Motorcycles are a disease that got into my blood as a very young man. Had a femur and a vertebrae broken, years ago but, I just can't quit. I did slow down a bit and bought a Goldwing in 2001, although I'm really not certain if it can be considered slow.

Bikes are in my blood too. I ride a Ultra Glide Harley to work every day. I have had a bike since I was 16 and I'm 59 now. Lucky enough I have only been down twice and both were minor.

Thanks everyone (Did I see John has a new Demon ? Not one but 2) Been waiting to see one of them on the Circuit. Yea, I have been riding motorcyles for 41 years. Even after the wreck, which I don't remember, I jumped right back on one. Drag racing a car is okay, but in all reality, kinda boring. Drag racing or just riding a bike is being alive. I was back on one as soon as I healed enough. I ride for transportation unless I need the truck. Friend of mine wrecked not long after me, lost his left leg from the knee down. We have already converted his bike to foot clutch, police style handshift. He is getting the hang of it.
