C-14 Fuel
I have a sealed 5 gallon can of c-14 and wondering if anybody knows how that would be for my street car at the track ! It's a 2011 SRT392 Challenger w/auto ! I've run the car with premium unleaded, but I have this fuel left from my old car ! I just thought it might help it to be faster ? Bone stock, as it came from the Factory it ran 12.45 ! Street tires, at stock inflation ! Can't do this stuff on the street ! Main concern is not to hurt the engine ? ,,,,,John...The old Fa -t

Re: C-14 Fuel
Racing gas has lead which will destroy a catalytic converter. Definitely NOT recommended.

Probably slow it down anyway, too much octane can make it lose power.

Re: C-14 Fuel
John try the VP-101 that should not harm the O2 sensors or the catalytic converter.

Re: C-14 Fuel
No, you don't want to use leaded fuel in your car, it will take out sensors and cat converters. If you want to try unleaded racing fuel, Renegade Racing Fuels has several different blends, and they won't hurt anything.
