1991 Firebird Computer
 
If I was to run stock class with Firebird GTA I know it falls into I,J or K/SA
I would use the TunedPort injection system, but what I am not clear on is what I can use for a computer system to operate it?

You can use aftermarket system to run it. FAST,Holley and Big Stuff are the popular ones.

So I could run a FAST XIM ECU and their harness for the Tuned Port injection and I would be legal?

Yes, and FAST XFI would be a very good choice.
