Cam Dynamics cam specs
 
I have an old Cam Dynamics flat tappet cam for a small block Chevy that is stamped 1000 42 L 11-08-96.
Does anyone know what the lift, duration and lobe separation are?

When Cam Dynamics got bought out by Crane , all the CD profiles could still be bought through Crane . I would give them a call .

110° LSA
.440/.440 gross lift

Smooth idle, daily usage, fuel economy, light towing, off-road, 2200-2700 cruise rpm
