Hydraulic throw out bearing

Any one using a hydraulic throw out bearing with their soft lock clutch set up? Have limited space in my bell housing .

Re: Hydraulic throw out bearing

I had one for a short amount of time before converting my car to a stocker. It was not ideal with a softlock clutch. The adjustability for airgap is not consistent. Adjusting for reaction times is a compromise between affecting the TOB air gap and clutch air gap. I would not recommend hydraulic unless its a daily driver. Unless it was a factory option this would not be legal in stock.

What application and bellhousing? There are ways around the problem that you have, as many of us have had the same issue to solve. Do you have an adjustable pivot? If not, buy one or make one. The clutch fork may have to be modified to solve some of the issue as well.
