Fenderwell Headers

Does anyone by chance have or know where I can get a set of fenderwell headers for a '65 Coronet (B-body) with a 383 (Big block)? I don't care if they're Hedman's, Blackjack, JR, Doug's, Stahl, Balenger, Hookers, or what brand. Been looking for 2-years now, but just can't find anything. I know I can get a set custom made, but I can't believe someone doesn't have an old set laying around in a garage somewhere. Thanks for any help. Great site here!! Pat in Ohio.

Not sure if these would work on your coronet, but might be worth calling on this ad:

Re: Fenderwell Headers

Hi,
Since you are located in Ohio, I would recommed KromerKraft.
Don is located in Girard, just north of Youngstown.
His contact info is :
KromerKraft
1750 Harding Ave
Girard, OH 44429
330-539-5053

I worked with Don from 1995~2005 and we did all sorts of tight fit headers.
Thanks
RonP

Re: Fenderwell Headers

I have run the 5205 Hookers on my 64 Plymouth and the
fit is pretty good.
If you have the 66 up K member in the car which was common
in the old days they will not fit.
5215 were made on same jig and they also should fit,

I do not remember any other mass produced catalog
header that fit back when I ran my A/SA 64 Plymouth.
The 2 Inch Hooker underchassis were faster.
The 2 1/8 Hooker underchassis were not as fast.

You need to contact Bob Mosher, he specializes in restoring Max cars and uses fenderwell headers in most of them.
