Thank you to everyone who came out. Sorry it was such a long day! With the weather and rescheduling, we really weren't expecting a record car count. We realistically expected around 325, but had 408 entries on Saturday! We had some weepers on top end that slowed down the pace, and some new staff. You can expect a much quicker event for your next CCRA race at VMP. For those who might join us for our Colonial Class bracket race ($5K / $10K / $5K) August 14-16, we have some staff and other plans already lined up and in place to make sure the program is run expeditiously even with such an incredible turnout. A huge thank you goes out to Michael and Anthony as they went above and beyond to promote the CCRA and our sponsor for the event, H&F Performance. The program ran very smooth and considering the huge turnout they had for the Loose Rocker event our portion of the race finished relatively early. I really think many tracks could take lessons from these guys on running large events! I encourage anyone that can make it to the Loose Rocker Auto Meter Class Nationals to be held at National Trail Raceway on August 21-23 to make the trip as I'm sure it will be a lot of fun!

Thanks for the kind words, Tracy. We were glad to have you there, and thank you for letting *us* run on *your* weekend! We usually run things at a quicker pace. Had some new staff, some weather-related issues that slowed the pace early on, etc., but we have already set plans for our August VMP race, the Colonial Classic, to have Marc Kinton on the starting line, start earlier, and generally set the pace a little faster.
