Looking for history on a '67 R023 car
It was suggested to me that this forum might be helpful in finding some history on my 1967 R023 Super Stock. I bought the car in the Richmond VA area about 15 years ago. I tracked down the IBM card from Chrysler Historical and it shows the original dealership in PA. The car is a 4 speed car, has many layers of paint on it, mostly Red, White and Blue, it was raced hard, it has a roll cage in it and was tubbed. I have sanded through some of the paint looking for some lettering and found some stripes. I only did that one day about 13 years ago and haven't done any more sanding being concerned that I might go too fast or right over and through some lettering. Being that it is a 4 speed car, has lots of Red, White and Blue and came out of the Richmond VA area can anybody help me with some answers?

I'm not sure that's the same car. My R0 still has the original upper body side moldings on it that run from front to back of the car. That picture shows no moldings on his car... |
