Under hood shield
 

I was thinking of adding a shield on the underside of my hood just to clean up the air under there, I have an open Thermo-Quad and thought if the air flow around it was not so disturbed by hood bracing I might pick up a little....didn't see a rule against it?....any one else doing something similar? The Mirada also has a factory Ram snorkel on the LH side under the front fascia,could I duct this to the carb or would I have to run stock ait cleaner....I run SuperStock...just trying to squeeze it all out....thanks

If you haven't tried a good air cleaner you could be surprised.
