Data recorder for stocker
 

Looking to buy a Data recording system for my Stocker, mainly to determine correct jetting so iam thinking a system with two O2 sensors and being able to playback the run. I have heard Racepak are the best but lots of $$$ Any info on other brands would be great.

i would recommend the new autometer tach, has everything you would need in a small package and at a great price.

Yes, you can.

They have a nice little system that has two wideband O2 sensors, engine RPM, and with a sensor setup sold separately, driveshaft RPM. It also has programmable shift lights, so you can set each gear to a different color and RPM, and also program a staging RPM indicator light, for use in "no box" races, so you stage at the same RPM every time. I've sent them several customers, all of the customers have been really happy.

It has one channel for a single O2 sensor as well as one for a pressure sensor, + several other very helpful features all in one package. This video from the 2011 PRI show will provide more info.

Check out our O2ALERT system. It features two wideband O2 sensors, Tach, Battery Voltage, Warning output, plus optional pressures, drive shaft RPM and EGT.

PLayback direct on unit or download with included software.

I don't see anything called Ultimate DL, Daytona, or O2Alert in the listing of approved data loggers. Are these things not checked in tech?

The O2Alert is approved by NHRA and IHRA and is an IHRA contingency item.
