Fuel Cell Contingency

Good afternoon,
Shopping for a fuel cell for my Stocker.
Didn't see any offered under the 2014 NHRA contingency program?!?
If I overlooked one, can some one point me in the right direction?
While I`m at it, any suggestions for a trunk mounted battery box?
