Brian will be a great asset to the announcing crew.
I've worked 2 Hot Rod Drag Week events with Brian.
He is "Real Good" ! He picks up on the small interesting tidbits that are said about competitors and works them into the program. He also understands the sportsman racer. He has the ability to announce and listen to what is going on in the tower. He also worked very well with the staff at different tracks keeping the events rolling. Best of all he has a big grin on his face that tells you he is happy to be there & to see you!
OH! When you are in the Tulsa tower waiting for a break in the rain he can keep you laughing, too!

Wicked addition to the NHRA stable.

Best way to explain it.....Brian "gets it"

Lots of emotion coupled with a deep knowledge of class racing.

I hope he gets to call Stock and Super Stock. Will be great for the audiocast!

Wonder which one of the boobs Isn't coming back. They already have someone more than capable of handling the mike in house already, but Lewis isn't an *** kisser like the rest of the talking heads doing the shows now. There are very few people with the knowledge and history in his head. And he has the excellent communication/information skills to deliver it.
