AMERICAN DOORSLAMMER NATIONALS WEATHER ACTION PLAN

First and foremost, we WILL run every race this weekend! This will require some schedule changes however, so please read carefully, and share with all your friends!

FRIDAY
By all accounts, studying numerous different weather models, Friday looks like a wash. **The Friday $5K Warmup will be moved to Saturday, following the $20K** In the unlikely event that the forecast does a 180 and a large enough window opens on Friday, we will try to run a test & tune and/or gamblers race to get people some track time, but we don't want to start something we cannot finish.

SATURDAY
$20K Main Event, followed by the "Friday" $5K The BRODIX Legendary 64 Shootout will be moved to Sunday morning.

We have a perfect forecast for Saturday with a high of 68 degrees at 5PM, even projected to maintain a decent temperature through 11PM. We've successfully run two big car count races in one day before, and we will have the weather to do so again.

We will run the $20K as scheduled, with the first of two time trials at 9:30AM sharp. During the 2nd time trial, there will be an OPTIONAL C&C Auto Glass/Summit Racing Equipment Dash for Cash (Best Package). We'll add Friday's gift certificate and some extra cash to the purse (for the same $10 Entry!), making it:
1st - $300 + $200 Summit Gift Card
2nd - $200 + $200 Summit Gift Card
3rd - $100

Time permitting, we will run a time trial for the $5K in between the last 3 rounds of the $20K (one run color only between each round, just to take up the normal cooldown & pairing time for the $20K) Following the $20K winner's circle, we will go directly to Round 1 of the "Friday" $5K.

SUNDAY
BRODIX Legendary 64 Shootout and $5K Finale
We will be starting early - so spread the word! (Also don't forget that Sunday is the time change... "Fall back an hour!") Thanks to Alfonso @ Fayetteville for making this possible! NO ENGINES MAY BE FIRED BEFORE 10AM.
