hotel booking info for Banquet
 

Hello everyone, this is the complete info for booking hotel rooms for the banquet.

I have put 18 rooms with 2 double beds and 2 rooms with Queen and pull out couch (total 20 rooms) on hold with the Comfort Inn on 183 Centennial Parkway N, Hamilton - 905 560 4500 under "Racing Banquet" for Saturday, November 9th (one night only). Cost will be $109.99 plus tax - includes Breakfast and free wireless.


I would need to release the rooms not booked by October 9th - but assume your group would be all booked in by then.



People can call the hotel directly to put their names on the room and a cc to guarantee - they need to quote "Racing Banquet" Group - or they can call me. (Remember that Donny and I are away from September 23 to October 8th).
