What is the correct way to front end aligne a stocker?
Should I do it with the driver in the seat? Or should I elevate the front end a certain amount to simulate being under power ?

Re: What is the correct way to front end aligne a stocker?
I placed my body weight in ballast in the drivers seat, full tank of fuel and raised frontend 1 1/2". Set slicks and front tires to race pressures. We experimented with raising the front end to see how much it affected it too. The friend doing the alignment suggested using video of a pass to set the running front end height.
Ballast was lead shot in 40lb increments in antifreeze jugs, a 2.5 gal bucket with other ballast. This way it allows you to drive the car in get it on the rack and start placing the ballast in the seat. Sean |
