Can someone tell me the factored horsepower rating of the 305/175 engine in a 85 camaro. There's nowhere to see a complete list of horsepower ratings on the Ihra site. thanks Bill

I have a partial list that shows the 305/175 @ 258hp. hope that helps. Danny Waters or Jim Woods would have a complete list. Jim

Here's a link to what information is available on the IHRA website, Bill -

It's listed in reverse-chronological order (latest towards the top) so you need to drill down until you reach your combination.

Jim was right on target with your Camaro, rated at 258 HP as of 22 September 2009.

Adger: Yes we got it together. It sounds pretty healthy but you know that doesn"t mean squat. We'll let the time slip tell the tale. Thank you very much for your help. We probably wouldn"t have been able to take it if it wasn't for you. Bill&Sharon
