Real Fast Air

Down here tonight it is 39 degrees, 30.29 and rising barometer, 42% Humidity, 28 Dew Point. How fast could you go. I think there is also a 10 mph tailwind at No Problem just to help a little. I bet I could run under the index.

Re: Real Fast Air

-1770 I could probably run pretty fast, maybe get into the 10's. I bet Greg Hills old E/SA could run 9.90, therefore he needs hp. That big old 780 double pumper likes this sort of conditions. Years ago (maybe 10), I think the air at No Problem was -1200 when Fred Henson went 9.89. (in an old car) in A/SA.

Yeah i remember that, he turned it Red first round of the Eliminator. I ask him "why" and he mumbled something and shrugged his shoulders. Bingo 1.41 under, it was really fast that day.

Jeff, I couldn't run that fast on the downhill side of the Sunshine bridge.

I went out to NE Dragway in October once on nostalgia day, it was about 40 dgrees with a Bro of 30.8, the highest I'd ever seen there. I made two attempts but there was no traction and was then told the starting line wasn't treated because they didn't want the breakage problems.
