O ringing a block without a reciever groove in the head to accompany it does not gain very much.
I've been running O rings for years, mainly on my old AMC engines with very high compression, and which had a very poor head bolt layout. ...but that was before the availability of MLS type gaskets.
O ringing is not legal for Stock eliminator, but I think it's been legal in SS for a few years .
BTW ,according to the manufacturer ,you can't use O rings with MLS type gaskets.
I only used them with copper gaskets.

Not legal in SS either unless OEM like in the '69 AMX factory racecar.

Jason, I believed that to be the case as well , but it has not been specifically called out in the SS rules as it is in Stock for several years.
Of course theres a lot of stuff thats not in the rule book thats not legal either !
