ss/gt truck classification help
 

A friend of mine wants to build a 98 Chevy S10 for gt truck. Can he use the 350 from the 86 pick up and if yes, what class and weight would this be? Is this combo possible? It doesn't look like it to me. It is a reg cab short box. What would be the best small block combo? thanks
