Engine shipping
Found a good deal on a motor but its 1200mi away. Not that i wanna buy the motor without laying my eyes on it but i might not have a choice. Whats the best way to have a complete motor shipped???

i just used a company called u-ship to send a transmission and converter from jersey to florida and it could not have been easier, and the cost was far better than any freight company could match!!

I know Greg Gay, who is a member on here, ships engines also. He's an owner of BDR Tranport.

Terminal to terminal is much cheaper, if you can arrange it. It will have to be crated. I have used ForwardAir several times in the past for engines and shortblocks with much satisfaction.
