Super Street Series for 2013 in the Northeast!
 

Just throwing this out there to see what everyone's thoughts are for the 2013 season since I was approached by a few racers over the past few weeks about doing a series here on the Northeast. The Series would piggy-back the Mid Atlantic Super Gas & Comp Series and would feature either 8 or 10 events (Double weekends) of 10.90 racing. We would try to put these events before a Divisional event or National Event at either the same track or a track close by so you can just leave your stuff there or just have a short travel to the track for the following weekend.

2 weekends at Atco
1 weekend at Maple Grove
1 weekend at Cecil County
Possibly 1 weekend at Numidia

We would count 6 out of 10 events towards a year end points payout and the chance for the 10.90 guys to race something other then Divisional races.

Let me know what you think - I'm open for suggestions

Like I said I'm just getting a feel for it right now and I'm not saying it's a go but, just wanted to get a feel as to what some of the 10.90 racers thought.

how much will the cars have to weight????? the tnt series (10:90 races) up in western ny and canada doesn't have minium weight???????

Not sure as of yet, just getting a feel to see if there is any interest to put a series together. I figure out rules and all that fun stuff if we decide to go forward with the series.
